Westmoreland County Community College invites composites and advanced manufacturing employers to Composites Connection, an opportunity to meet graduates of our Advanced Composites Technician program and connect with emerging talent prepared to enter the industry.
Our graduates have completed 140 hours of hands-on training designed to prepare them for entry-level careers in composites manufacturing, developing practical skills and experience that can translate directly to the workplace.
Composites Connection Gives Employers an Opportunity to:
- Meet and network directly with program graduates
- Learn more about the training and skills graduates bring to the workplace
- Discuss current and upcoming employment opportunities
- Identify potential candidates for open positions
- Connect with Westmoreland about future workforce and training needs
