3-Day MIG Welding Bootcamp
October 8–10 | 12–4 p.m.
This hands-on bootcamp introduces participants to the fundamentals of MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding, providing the foundational skills needed to safely and effectively perform common welding applications. Participants will gain practical experience with welding equipment, proper setup and safety procedures, basic welding techniques, and producing quality welds through guided, hands-on practice.
Who Should Attend?
This bootcamp is ideal for individuals with little or no previous welding experience, including manufacturing and maintenance employees, individuals interested in skilled trades or advanced manufacturing careers, and participants looking to build the welding foundation needed to move into robotic welding.
Stackable Training Pathway: The 3-Day MIG Welding Bootcamp serves as a prerequisite for Westmoreland’s 2-Week Robotic Welding Bootcamp for participants who do not have prior welding experience. Participants can begin with MIG fundamentals and then advance into the programming, operation, and application of robotic welding systems.
