About Westmoreland-New Kensington
Westmoreland – New Kensington is located at 1150 Fifth Avenue in downtown New Kensington, next door to the U.S. Post Office.
The New Kensington Center is a great starting point for students looking to explore their next steps in higher education and for employers interested in workforce development training. Academic counseling, tutoring, technology, and other tools needed for academic success are available at the center.
Westmoreland – New Kensington houses seven technology-equipped classrooms, two computer classrooms, a science laboratory, a small student computer laboratory and two student lounge areas with WIFI. Ample parking is available behind the building near the main entrance.
The center is also home to PA CareerLink – Alle-Kiski, which provides employment services to the community.

- At the second traffic signal, turn left on to 4th Avenue
- Follow 4th Avenue up to Heilman Drive
- Turn right onto Heilman Drive
- Turn right onto 5th Avenue. Center is located on the left
From Greensburg Road
- At the Parnassus Intersection, (CVS), proceed straight through the traffic signal onto Industrial Boulevard
- Stay on Industrial Boulevard through town and past the 9th Street Bridge
- At the stop sign, go straight and proceed to 5th Avenue
- Turn right on to 5th Avenue. Center is located on the left
