Modcast Series
This video series was developed by the Center for Teaching and Learning to cover basic course design and provide simple explanations for the tools in D2L. Only one episode is longer than ten minutes, and although the videos are presented in an “episodical” order, they can be viewed independently of each other based on what you need.

Faculty Training
The Center for Teaching and Learning developed D2L training that all teaching faculty are required to complete.
The program consists of five Levels, and faculty are required to complete Levels 1, 2, and 3 before teaching their first course. They will continue with Levels 4 and 5 within their first year of teaching (or sooner if they choose).
It is recommended that faculty complete the Levels online as this provides not only an instructor's perspective of an online course page but a student's perspective of an online experience as well.
For approved non-lead assisting instructors (e.g., lab assistants or clinical instructors)
